What kind of drugs do you sell?

We sell either branded or generic drugs online.

Do you require a prescription?

We require a prescription if you decide to buy meds intended for sale with a prescription. Send it to us using our email.

What shipping rates do you have?

You may find all shipping rates in the shopping cart. The fees are fixed. There are no additional charges for delivery options.

Do you ship abroad?

Our company does ship internationally. We bring parcels irrespective of destination. Please, contact our customer care department for more details.

How do you send orders?

All our parcels are shipped in discreet packages. There are no labels on the outer side of the parcel. We respect the right of our customers for confidentiality.

What if the package is lost, damaged or some items are missing?

In this case, you should contact our customer support team. We will either resend the goods at no cost or offer you a full refund.

What shipping options do you have?

At the right moment, our online company offers 2 shipping methods: Trackable Courier Service (5 – 9 days) and Airmail service (14 – 21 days).

What if I still haven’t received my order?

If you decide to use the Trackable Courier Service, you can use your tracking ID number for following your order transportation. If you chose standard airmail service, the maximum delivery time is (max) 30 business days. If your order has not come, please, contact our customer care department.

What payment options do you accept?

Is it possible to check my order status?

You can check your order status if you use express delivery. The ID number is sent on the 4th day from the moment the order has been dispensed from our warehouse. This order should be entered into a certain field.
