Programs for Youth Who are Delinquent or Unruly work to keep youngsters from further involvement with law enforcement. Youth on probation and their families may receive counseling and other community services in order to reduce the risk of future delinquent behaviors. Some programs provide re-entry services to help young people return to their communities from the Department of Youth Services or local detention.
