Join your colleagues from around Ohio on October 17 and 18 as OACCA convenes its 2017 fall conference on Foster Care Innovations.  The conference will showcase emerging best practices and innovations in the field of foster care from clinical, technology, and public policy contexts.

Leaders in the sector from Ohio and nationally will share their perspectives on these topics.  They will present innovative tools and strategies aimed at improving family and child outcomes.

Several statewide initiatives that provide opportunities for innovation in foster care will also be explored, including:

  • the behavioral health Medicaid Re-Design

  • transition to managed care

  • implementation of the Bridges (foster care to 21)

  • and the Multi-System Youth initiative
